Hi Peter, 20 year vet teacher here. Serious Question here. Please dont judge I am unvaccinated, almost lost job. I didnt have a choice in taking the vaccine due to an allergy in the ingredients. Had to jump through hoops to prove I was. I got an exemption so im still working. (Never got covid btw). What is union doin to prevent such tyranny disguised as public health from happening again? An emergency vaxx mandate that was scientifically debated? Thanks
It is my understanding the UFT represents teachers on a case by case basis who cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons…
I’m no longer working for the union, just a delegate; however, the union did represent teachers in the waiver process
